PURPOSE: A non-inductive resistor is provided to achieve improved efficiency of a high frequency circuit and productivity of a resistor by minimizing the inductance value generated from the resistor. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic rod(11) is arranged at the center of a resistor(20), and electrode caps(12) are arranged at both ends of the ceramic rod. The electrode caps are connected to an electric resistor, and lead terminals(13) are connected to the electrode caps through a spot welding or flash welding method, or the lead terminals are disconnected from the ceramic rod so as to connect resistance to the circuit. The ceramic rod and the electrode cap are coated with an insulating resin protection film(14), and the ceramic rod is coated with a resistance material layer. The resistance material layer coated at the surface of the ceramic rod is cut, in such a manner that a cut groove(16) which is cut in parallel to the lead terminal is formed so as to minimize the inductance value of the resistor and obtain an electronic parts suitable for a high frequency circuit.
