PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the heat generated in a power generating module to be efficiently transmitted to a heat collector, and also to enable the separation and break between a power generating module and a heat collector, by sticking the power generating module and the heat collector fast to each other without recourse to adhesion, in an electrothermic hybrid panel. SOLUTION: The power generating module (1) and the heat collector (3) are bonded breakably to each other.
