SOLUTION: Broadcasting equipment 1100 or the like broadcasts contents including the questionnaire as a data broadcasting and receivers 1200 and 1202, etc., receive the broadcasting, present the questionnaire to viewers and receive the responses to the questionnaire from the viewers. The contents include script data for making the receivers transmit the responses from the viewers and a questionnaire ID to this response sum-up device 1300 and the respective receivers are operated according to the script data. The response sum-up device 1300 stores questionnaire processing information determining the sum-up period and sum-up operation expression, etc., of the responses for each questionnaire ID, sums up the responses for each questionnaire ID by a sum-up part 1350 on the basis of the questionnaire processing information and transmits a sum-up result to the broadcasting equipment 1100. |
