<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitivity gas analyzer for trace organic matters which can quickly, readily, and accurately analyze a sample gas collected from the air in a general environment, etc., for trace organic matters without being affected by a component which affects or interferes with measurement and, in addition, by significantly reducing the quantity of a sample gas required for the measurement. SOLUTION: This gas analyzer for trace organic matters analyzes the sample gas in such a way that the sample gas is introduced to a gas sell having a long optical path and the infrared absorbance of the gas is measured with a Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer. This analyzer has a device which selectively removes moisture and carbonic acid gas and a sample concentrator on the route along which the sample gas is introduced to the gas cell having the long optical path.</p> |
