PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper hinge to be suitably used for opening/closing a closer such as a stool seat or a stool cover for a Western-style toilet stool, having simple construction permitting selective adjustment of rotating torque and inexpensive production. SOLUTION: The damper hinge comprises a case to be mounted on the body side, a rotating shaft passing through a central portion of the case in the axial direction and having a mounting portion for the closer at a protruded portion protruded from the case, single or plural brake discs mounted on the rotating shaft so as to rotate together with the rotating shaft, plural friction members stored and fixed into the case and arranged in pressure contact with both sides of the brake discs so as to hold the brake discs therebetween while rotatably inserting the rotating shaft into an insertion hole provided in a central portion thereof, pressure contact force adjusting means provided for adjusting pressure contact force between the friction member and the brake disc, and a lubricant filled in pressure contact sliding portions between the brake disc and the friction member. |
