PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transistor inverter device for high power easily providing an inverter circuit for the high power by efficiently cooling semiconductor switching elements and sufficiently exhibiting their performances. SOLUTION: This transistor inverter device for a high-power and high-frequency induction heating is provided with the inverter circuit having its major circuit formed of the multiple semiconductor switching elements attached to a heat sink and induction-heats a work by a high-frequency current outputted form the inverter circuit. The heat sink is characterized in having a cooling water channel formed in the rear side of a joining surface of the semiconductor switching elements and having fins in mutually projecting states in the opposite wall surfaces of the channel. The fins are, for example, slantly provided along the flowing direction of the cooling water in the channel.
