PURPOSE: Provided is an artificial fishing reef with waste concrete sleepers used which uses the waste concrete sleepers to manufacture the fishing reef easily so that it helps to reduce manufacturing cost with contributing to preserve environment. CONSTITUTION: The artificial fishing reef(10) with the waste concrete sleepers used comprises the parts of: a combination wire(13) which binds layered parts of the waste concrete sleepers(11,12); a binding wire(14) which is bound between the combination wires to raise binding power of the combination wire; a fixed screw pole(21) which is placed to surround the external side of the layered parts, fixed at a fixed plate(20) at the lower part and inserted into a combination plate(22) at the upper part; and a binding pole which is placed at the internal side of the waste concrete sleepers and fixed at a rail fixed tool to prevent distortion along diagonal direction.
