PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize part constitution and reduce a cost without lowering performance of a pressure regulator. SOLUTION: An inversion spring 36 is provided to airtightly partition a primary pressure working chamber 19 to introduce a part of injected gas and a secondary pressure working chamber 18 to introduce pressure-regulated gas from a gas flow passage 27. When a relation between a primary pressure and a secondary pressure is normal, a state inverted to the primary pressure working chamber side is kept. A shut-of part 40 to shout off a gas flow inverted to the secondary working chamber side owing to an abnormal increase in a gas pressure is provided between the inversion spring 36 and the secondary working chamber side.
