PURPOSE: A performance and quality of a solar energy collecting device is improved by providing a light collecting device increasing a temperature of operation fluid to a middle temperature. CONSTITUTION: A light collecting device(30) comprises a parabolic surface reflecting mirror(31) having a high reflection rate in a case(33) formed of an outer glass tube(32). A copper pipe(35) is installed to flow a fluid in a focal point of the parabolic surface reflecting mirror(31). A glass tube(36) is further installed in outside of the copper pipe(35) to prevent energy loss of the copper pipe(35).
