The reading viewer (1) has a frame (3) formed of a rigid or semi rigid material such as plastic , paper or cardboard, on which a Fresnel lens (2) is mounted. The frame has a mounting at a users height and at a sixty degree angle to aid reading by a poorly sighted user. The mounting can be adjustable to vary the lens angle.
