PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing cyclopentenone derivative using heterogeneous carbon-supported cobalt catalyst, which is capable of industrial mass production of cyclopentenone derivative. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing cyclopentenone derivative is characterized in that cyclopentenone derivative is prepared from alkyne, alkene and carbon monooxide using a heterogeneous catalyst of cobalt supported on carbon. The catalyst can be reused more than 10 times, and can produce cyclopentenone derivative with high yield even if being a small quantity.
