PURPOSE: A layered directional coupler is provided to facilitate control of coupler characteristic and obtain excellent characteristic at 837(±13) MHz. CONSTITUTION: A layered directional coupler comprises seven sequentially layered dielectric layers, a first ground electrode dielectric layer(100), a first inductor electrode dielectric layer(200), a second inductor electrode dielectric layer(300), a third inductor electrode dielectric layer(400), a fourth inductor electrode dielectric layer(500), a second ground electrode dielectric layer(600), and a protection dielectric layer(700). The first to the fourth inductor electrode dielectric layers(200-500) have a first to a fourth inductor electrodes(210-510), respectively. The first to the fourth inductor electrodes(210-510) are coupled to external connecting electrodes(220,320,420',520'), respectively, and to via-hole areas(240-540), respectively.
