<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner capable of giving an image having no fog and high printing density even when the number of printed sheets is increased in various environments, particularly at high temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: An external additive containing fine silica particles (A) made hydrophobic with a siloxane compound and having 5-30 nm number average particle diameter of primary particles is added to colored particles to obtain the objective electrostatic charge image developing toner. The amount of the siloxane compound extracted from the fine silica particles by tetrahydrofuran is <=1 wt.%.</p> |
