PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To variously change the flickering timing and flickering color, etc., of a lamp for lighting notification by linking them with the ringing of melody sound reproduced in an incoming call or the like. SOLUTION: In synchronism with the melody sound reproduced in a melody reproduction part 3, melody reproduction control signals 31 indicating the information of the melody sound are outputted to the light emission control parts 45-47 of a control part 4. In the light emission control parts 45-47, melody synchronized lighting control signals 42-44 indicating the timing and the color corresponding to the information of the melody sound are generated and outputted to an LED drive part 2. In the LED drive part 2, in an incoming call LED drive part 21, a liquid crystal backlight drive part 22 and a key LED drive part 23, drive signals 24-26 corresponding to the reproduction information of the melody sound are generated and outputted on the basis of the melody synchronized lighting control signals 42-44 and respectively supplied to the incoming call LED 11, liquid crystal backlight LED 12 and key LED 13 of a light emission output part 1 and the respective LEDs are driven to be lighted linked with the melody sound.
