PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thick-film resistor structure for preventing trimming fail from occurring when applying trimming machining to a thick-film resistor. SOLUTION: An interval W3 of two conductors 1 and 2 that become wiring patterns, width W1 and W2 of the conductors, and width W4 of the thick-film resistor 3 have a relationship expressed by (W4)>=(W1)+(W2)+(W3), thus thinly forming the thick-film resistor and hence preventing the trimming fail from occurring.
