PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in photosensitivity characteristics, electrification characteristics and stability of characteristics in repetitive use as characteristics of an electrophotographic photoreceptor, having good wear resistance, not causing defects in an image due to active species such as ozone and NOx generated in an electrification process and having practically satisfactory electrical and mechanical performances. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor containing a carrier generating material and a carrier transferring material, the carrier transferring material is a butadiene carrier transferring material of formula [A], two or more binder resins are mixed and a polycarbonate resin of formula [B] is contained by <50 wt.% of the total amount of the resins.
