PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buoyancy power generator characterized by not deteriorating environments, and having a simple structure of a device convenient for use, and capable of being installed by modifying freely a size of a buoyancy power generator as needed and of reusing used water, thereby avoiding consumption and wastage of water resource, and its power generating method. SOLUTION: This buoyancy power generator comprises a cylindrical water tower filled with water, a power generating set, a transmission device for circulating float balls between the cylindrical water tower and the power generator set, and a slide guide, to circularly move a plurality of float balls therein.
