PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize an economical loss due to the vapor leakage of a vapor trap. SOLUTION: The operation states of a plurality of vapor traps 2 in an objective facility 1 are diagnosed and a form is confirmed. A trap defect vapor loss total amount Qa obtained by aggregating vapor leaking quantity qa due to the operation defect of the present vapor trap 2 on all the vapor traps 2 being the objective facilities based on the result of diagnosis/form confirmation and a trap-form vapor loss total amount Qb obtained by aggregating the difference qb of vapor leaking quantities in a normal operation state by a form difference between the present vapor trap 2 and a recommended vapor trap on all vapor traps 2 of the objective facilities are operated by an aggregate system 7. Then, comparison data 9 between the amount conversion value A of an added value obtained by adding the total quantity of the trap defect vapor loss total amount Qa and the trap form vapor loss total amount Qb for a prescribed period and the cost B of trap collective exchange for exchanging the total number of present vapor traps 2 in the objective facility 1 into the recommended vapor traps is shown to a customer.
