PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance without disturbing a flow of a refrigerant vapor by providing an auxiliary wick 9. SOLUTION: A refrigerant container 3 has a main wick 8, the auxiliary wick 9 and a condensing fin 10. The wick 8 is contacted with a substantially overall surface of a boiling surface. The wick 9 is arranged across a substantially central part of a condensing surface, and coupled to the wick 8 and the fin 10. The fin 10 increases a condensing area. The fin 10 is projected in an inverted V shape to a radiating plate 5, divided to both sides of the wick 9 and disposed. With this constitution, since the wick 9 is disposed across a substantially central part of the condensing surface, the refrigerant vapor boiled by receiving a heat of a CPU 2 can flow to both sides of the wick 9. Thus, the wick 9 is provided to smoothly circulate the refrigerant without disturbing the flow of the refrigerant vapor. |
