<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents management system which calculates the degree of popularity of contents opened to the public through a network to improve the liquidity of the contents and can also save the trouble of managing the contents opened to the public. SOLUTION: Contents carrying time of the contents opened to the public through the network is managed by votes from users. Namely, when a user casts a plus vote for the contents, the contents publishing time is extended for a fixed time S12, and on the contrary, when the user casts a minus vote, the contents publishing time is shortened S13. In such a case, when the contents obtain plus votes corresponding to the longest publishing time, the contents are given a right of being published for a long time as excellent contents. The contents publishing time becomes zero time due to minus votes, the contents are automatically eliminated.</p> |
