PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently present information regarding a customer on a display device when negotiations with the customer are made on a talk basis. SOLUTION: The customer who desires for negotiations completes reception registration first. In the order of the reception registration, information needed for the negotiation with the customer is displayed on a terminal of an answerer. The display contents are obtained by selecting the information currently needed for the negotiations from a database previously stored with information regarding the customer. The information is selected by a specific program (rule) regarding negotiations.
