PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an irreversible circuit element that employs a thin resin case with a prevents a defect at fitting of a yoke to the case, facilitates the fitting work and prevents the yoke fitted to the case from falling off. SOLUTION: An input output terminal 9 and an earth terminal 10 are formed to the resin case 1, a ferrite core 4 with a center conductor 5 placed thereto, a capacitive element 7, and a resister 8 are placed in the resin case 1, an upper yoke 2 with a permanent magnet 6 placed thereto with respect to the ferrite core 4 with the center conductor 5 placed thereto is fitted to the case 1 and a lower yoke 3 opposite to the upper yoke 2 is placed at the opposite side of the resin case 11. A recessed part 11 is formed to two side walls opposite to each other in the resin case 1 as notches, two side walls of the upper yoke 2 are formed with a larger outer width than the inner width of the recessed parts 11 in a form of projections 12 projected in a mount direction to the resin case 1 so as to be fitted to the recessed parts 11 and then they are fitted with each other.
