PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an access control based upon both conditions of an accessing person and segments to be accessed. SOLUTION: In the access control setting method for a method controlling access to an information system, when combinations per access control object information and their operation types are used as the segments to be accessed, access permissible attributes corresponding to each segment to be accessed are set, and then label thresholds are set to combinations of the segments to be accessed and the access-permissible attributes.
