SOLUTION: This electronic mail device is provided with a mail displaying means 12 displaying a plurality of electronic mails in list form, a mail designating means 13 designating an optional mail from the listed plurality of electronic mails, a group designating means 14 designating a group of an electronic address book 18 for registering the electronic mail address based on the designated electronic mail, an address registering means 15 registering the electronic mail addressed based on the electronic mail designated to the designated group, and a mail forming means 16 designating the group of the electronic mail address book and forming an electronic mail to be sent to the electronic mail address registered in the group. The electronic mail addresses based on the electronic mails received from an electronic mail server 3 via the network 2 by means of a sending/receiving means 11 and accumulated in a mail accumulating means 17 are classified into optional designated groups and registered in the electronic address book 18.
