摘要 PURPOSE: A method and apparatus is provided to minimize loss of reagent and material by using the small amount of reagent, while achieving improved accuracy and convenience in experiment. CONSTITUTION: A method is characterized in that neutralization reaction, oxidation-reduction reaction or response speed is measured by sensing the change of color caused due to the chemical change between reagent and sample by using an optical sensor. An apparatus is characterized in that a neutralization titration is performed by using an optical sensor for sensing the change of color caused due to the chemical change between reagent and sample. The apparatus includes an optical sensor adjustor for adjusting the voltage obtain from an optical sensor; the optical sensor and a light source connected to the optical sensor adjustor; a transparent tube interposed between the optical sensor and light source; a pipe for transferring a reagent to the transparent tube; a buret connected to the pipe; a solenoid valve for controlling cock of the buret; a clock connected to the optical sensor adjustor so as to count the reaction time; and a titration container where the optical sensor, light source and buret are installed.
