<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house information registering device which facilitates the management of the construction of a house of high customer's satisfaction, after-sales service and maintenance regarding the house or various furnishings of the house, etc. SOLUTION: This house information registering device is equipped with a transmission/reception managing server 3 having a groupware function of regarding a donor, a home builder, and an inspector as one group and enabling the transmission of information only in this group by connecting terminals 20, 21 and 22 that the respective sides have by a communication network 50, an information registration part 7 which is connected to the server 3 and registers as history information various information exchanged among the sides concerned by a specific transmitting means through the communication network 50 from a house designing stage to a house consignation stage, and a data transmission part 9 which distributes the history information registered in the information registration part 9 to the terminals 20, 21 and 22.</p> |
