PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transactional document with a digital signature or a digital signature data as a proof of a transaction separately from a database mechanism handling the information in relation to a business transaction on a central server of a WebEDI. SOLUTION: The electronic sealing system is comprised of a sealed document database 112 which stores an approval circulation route of electronic documents for business transaction like an order sheet, a statement of delivery, or the like, and which is provided with a table for managing the circulation state for approval of each document to manage the document data with signature, an approval picture preparation means 104 for providing an operator with a user interface for signing and sealing the document and accepting the signed and sealed data, and a document circulation means 102 for combining the obtained signed and sealed data with an objective document to register and update it in the sealed document database as a document data with signature, deciding the following person on a circular, and issuing a request for a registration and necessary processing of the document to an EDI system when a signature and seal of a specific person is obtained. |
