PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open information evaluation system which enables an information public opening person to always open information of high reliability to the public by publishing only reliable information as formally open information to a web page. SOLUTION: An information-public-opening person's terminal 10 has a web server 11 equipped with an information providing web page 110 provided with information from an information-provider's terminal 20 and an information public opening web page 120 where information is opened to an information user terminal 30 and a database 12 which stores information sent from the information provider terminal 20; and the information providing web page 110 and information opening web page 120 have template forms 110a, 120a, and 120b for reliability evaluation and all of the information provider, information public opening person, and information user evaluate the reliability of the information. |
