PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic corrosion preventing device for underwater rotary machine capable of giving a low-cost electrolytic corrosion preventive effect permanently by decreasing the potential difference generated between a rotor part and stator part when a prime mover is put in operation. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped seat 6a of a resilient conductor 6 is overlapped on the end face of a bearing outer ring 4b fitted in a housing 5, and a contact piece 6b of the conductor 6 is abutted to near the center of the end face of a rotary shaft 1 fitted in a bearing inner ring 4a, and in the condition that a wave washer 7 is overlapped on the surface of the ring-shaped seat 6a, the surface of the wave washer 7 is pressed by a lid-shaped wall 8 of the bearing housing 5, and thereby the rotary shaft 1 and the rotor part continued thereto are put in electric continuity to the housing 5 and the stator part continued thereto.
