PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spark plug unit with built-in pressure sensor hardly causing nonconformity such as winding of a lead wire around a tool, etc., easy for fitting, and hardly affected by radio wave noise from a spark plug body. SOLUTION: In a spark plug unit 1 with built-in pressure sensor, a plug cap 12 incorporates a sensor output lead wire 8 connected to a pressure sensor 3, and is formed with a cap side metal fitting 10 for electrically connecting the sensor output lead wire 8 on the connecting side end portion to the spark plug body 5 in the sensor output terminal portion 6 formed on the side of the spark plug body 5. The sensor output lead wire 8 is covered with a shield coating 8b except for a connecting end 8c with the cap side metal fitting 10, the connecting end 8b of the sensor output lead wire 8 and the cap side metal fitting 10 integrated thereto are formed into a non-shield portion 71, and an auxiliary shield portion 2 is provided between the non-shield portion 70 and an insulating body 14 of the spark plug body 5.
