PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector device and of a printed circuit board, having a movable connection part which reduces a pulling-out force and which enables at least the device to be easily disconnected from a back plane member. SOLUTION: The optical connector device is equipped with a base, an optical fiber connector and a spring. The base is fixedly attached suitably on the printed circuit board. The optical fiber connector is provided with an outer housing installed movably on the base. The spring makes the optical fiber connector to be biased in a predetermined direction relative to the base.
