PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener easy to release from fastening. SOLUTION: The fastener for fastening mounted parts having a through-hole to a base having a tapped hole comprises a female member 1 to be inserted into the tapped hole of the base and a male member 11 to be inserted into an inner hole 6 of the female member. The female member has a flexible leg portion 4 having a male screw 10 formed on the outer periphery and a flange portion 3 formed at the edge of the inner hole. The male member has a shank portion 12 to be inserted into the inner hole of the female member for restricting the flexion of the leg portion to the inside and a flange portion 13 having a rotary tool connection part 14 formed on the upper face, wherein rotation restricting means is provided between the female member and the male member. When the mounted parts are removed from the base after released from a fastened condition, the male member and the female member are rotated together in a predetermined direction with a rotary tool by using the rotary tool connection formed on the flange portion of the male member, only by which both members can be pulled out of the through-hole and the tapped hole at the same time to permit the mounted parts to be easily removed from the base.
