PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form by which an uneven pattern can be formed easily on the outer surface of a concrete skeleton. SOLUTION: The form 11 is used for laying the concrete skeleton. For the purpose of forming the uneven pattern 2 on the outer surface of the concrete skeleton, an uneven pattern forming section 12 is formed on the surface of a flexible synthetic resin sheet.
