PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card insertion-ejection connector capable of moving a contact group in simple structure to a contact position and an retreat position in accordance with the insertion and ejection of a card. SOLUTION: This card insertion-ejection connector is operated in such a way that a slider member is supported so as to advance or retreat in the card insertion direction or in the card ejection direction with the tip of the card being inserted into a card insertion groove and an ejector member supported in a base member in the base member having the card insertion groove and a plurality of contacts facing the card insertion groove, an ascent and descent block is supported so as to ascend and descend in relation to the slider member which approaches to the card insertion groove when the slider member is moved in the card insertion direction and separates from the card insertion groove when moved in the card ejection direction, and the contact group is moved through the ascent and descent block in the contact position coming in strong contact with a land group of the card through the ascent and descent block when the slider member moves in the card insertion direction, and the contact group is moved in the retreat position coming in no contact or weak contact with the land group when the slider member moves in the card ejection direction. |
