PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photometric device capable of realizing photography with appropriate exposure in spite of the difference of the color (difference of light reflectance) of a subject photographed by a camera by using a small number of photometric means for colorimetry. SOLUTION: This photometric device is equipped with a normal light photometric means 9D having spectral sensitivity characteristic near to visibility characteristic, a 1st photometric means for colorimetry 9G having a spectral sensitivity peak in a wavelength region >=500 nm, a 2nd photometric means for colorimetry 9B having a spectral sensitivity peak in a shorter wavelength region than the above-mentioned wavelength region, a photometry correction value calculation means judging the color of the subject by comparing the photometric output from the 1st and the 2nd photometric means 9G and 9B, and calculating a photometric correction value based on the judged color, and an exposure deciding means (CPU: 20) deciding appropriate exposure by adding the photometric correction value to the photometric output from the photometric means 9D. When the photometric means 9G is served also as the photometric means 9D, the appropriate exposure is decided in spite of the difference of the color of the subject, that is, the difference of the reflectance of the subject just by providing at least two photometric means (9G and 9B). |
