<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston type compressor capable of eliminating a driving shaft energizing spring, inhibiting a driving shaft from receiving load due to difference in thermal expansion coefficient between a housing and the driving shaft, and reducing costs by enlarging a common difference of dimensions of parts. SOLUTION: Rearward sliding movement of the driving shaft 16 is restrained by applying an abutting member 39 fixed by press-fitting on the driving shaft to a valve/port forming body 14. The abutting member 39 is press-fitted on the driving shaft 16 with plastic deformation. Load in the axial direction of the driving shaft 16 required for changing an assembling position of the abutting member 39 is set to be larger than the maximum impact load in the axial direction exerted to the side of the driving shaft 16 due to increase of pressure of a crank chamber 15 and to be smaller than a pressing load in the axial direction exerted to the abutting member 39 by the valve/port forming body 14 due to the difference of the thermal expansion coefficient between the housing and the driving shaft 16.</p> |
