PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To peruse job information including image information stored in a data base from a remote location, to transmit gathered job information as character information and the image information and to update the job information stored in the data base in real time. SOLUTION: In the case that the data base storing the job information constituted of the character information and the image information is accessed from the remote location by this portable communication terminal equipment provided with a camera photographing function and the perusal request of the required job information is sent out, the required job information is read from the data base and sent out to the portable communication terminal equipment and the job information is perused on the display screen of the portable communication terminal equipment. In the case that the job information is newly inputted and transferred to the data base by the portable communication terminal equipment, the existing job information corresponding to the newly inputted job information in the data base is updated or the new job information is added (steps 100-108).
