<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a server system for allowing a user to reserve medical examination and treatment or the like to a medical organization, clinic, inspection organization, welfare, and nursing service or the like, and for calculating service fee for the medical examination and treatment or the like. SOLUTION: A user terminal is connected to a server system, and the server system is provided with a medical information data base in which data related with a medical organization or the like, the record data of a patient such as medical records, record data such as the process of medical examination or the contents of medical treatment, and data indicating the case of a disease or the like are stored, a control means for performing a medical office work such as a claim of the service fee by working the record data such as the process of the medical examination or the contents of treatment, a storage means, a display means, an input means, an output means, and an information transmitting and displaying means for displaying the necessary information from the registered information on the terminal screen of a user who performs access to the server system. Then, data management and service fee calculation or the like is performed at the server side.</p> |
