<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal computer consulting system for allowing both a user side and a consultant side to solve a trouble in a short time by sharing low costs even when the user is a beginner. SOLUTION: A user 1 calls a consultant 2 concerning the contents of consultation. The consultant 2 confirms whether or not the inside information of a user terminal 10 can be read and corrected to the user 1. At the time of approving it, the user 1 prepares reading and correction software in the user terminal 10, and turns a password into an unset state, and informs the consultant 2 of a telephone number set in the user terminal 10. The consultant 2 dial-up connects to the user terminal 10 by a consultant terminal 20, and solves the factor or countermeasure method of a trouble, and executes the correcting work by using the reading and correcting software. At the time of receiving the work end notification, the user 1 sets a password in the user terminal 10 concerning the dial-up connection from the outside so that the user terminal 10 can be prevented from being connected by the consultant terminal 20 without permission afterwards.</p> |
