PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel feeder capable of improving starting performance of aninternal combustion engine while waste of a battery is restrained at a low cost. SOLUTION: When an ignition signal IG is on, a fuel pump 11 is driven. A passage selector valve 15 is turned on during a second set time T2, and a pressure regulator 16 is by-passed by a by-pass pipe 17. By this arrangement, vaporized fuel in a pipe is discharged. After the lapse of the second set time, a starter motor for starting the internal combustion engine is driven in response to ON of the starter signal. In the case when the starter signal is not turned on in the lapse of the first set time T1 after the ignition signal IG is turned on, the fuel pump 11 is stopped. After that, when the ignition signal IG is on, and the temperature of fuel in a delivery pipe 20 is higher than the temperature of fuel in the fuel tank 10 by a set value DH or larger value, the fuel pump 11 is again driven by the third set time.
