PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recorder capable of photographing even when the power supply ability of a power source is down. SOLUTION: When the power supply ability of a power source 40 is down to no more record pictures on a magnetic tape 110, the pictures are recorded in a compact flash (registered trademark) memory 120 and, if the power supply ability of the power source 40 is more down, the pictures are recorded in an EEPROM 32.
