PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance sealing function when using a block rubber stopper. SOLUTION: A male side terminal fitting 21 of a terminal of a wire 20 is inserted into a corresponding cavity 16 while pressing and spreading a wire through-hole 33 of a block type rubber stopper 30, and an inside lip 35 is elastically stuck to the outer peripheral surface of the wire 20, thereby sealing each cavity 16. Annular recessed grooves 37 are concentrically formed around each wire through-hole 33 in the back face of the rubber stopper 30. The inside part having recessed grooves 37 forms a relatively thin cylindrical part 38, and sticks to the outer periphery of the wire 20. Therefore, even when the wire 20 is stretched by bending orthogonally to the axial line, the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 38 and the outer peripheral surface of the wire 20 are held adhesively while the cylindrical part 38 follows the bending of the wire 20, thereby securing the sealing function.
