PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning controller capable of driving stably a motor all the time to prolong a life and to enhance reliability, by regulating automatically a control parameter, that is a moving condition of a moving body, in response to fluctuation of a load. SOLUTION: This controller is constituted of a control part for outputting a position command value for conforming the moving body with a target position in each time by controlling the motor based on the control parameter, a response waveform analyzing part for measuring total time until the moving body moves to the final target position, to be stored, a model file storage part for storing a preset moving time of the moving body, and a regulation part for regulating the control parameter to bring the total time until the moving body moves to the final target position into the preset moving time of the moving body or less.
