PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the preferential processor of biometrics personal identification, which aims at the behavior patterns of individuals and whose processing time of personal identification is shortened. SOLUTION: The processor is provided with a data base 20 where personal identification information by biometrics technology is registered by giving using priority, a registered personal identification means 30 collating input/personal identification information with personal identification information of the data base and identifying whether the individual is an original or not, input time detection means 30 and 50 for the respective individuals, time band registering means 20 and 40 dividing and registering data in accordance with the time bands of the input time of the respective individuals and a time band preferential processing means 40 referring to input time and preferentially extracting the respective individuals of the time band concerned from the time band registering means if personal identification information is inputted next time.
