PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flashing circuit in which the color temperature of flash light emitted from a light emitting tube can be changed and the reduction of the cost is attained. SOLUTION: As for the flashing circuit 10 for emitting the flash light from the light emitting tube 15 by charging a main capacitor 13-1 and then discharging the power charged in the main capacitor 13-1 through a discharge loop on the way of which the light emitting tube 15 is arranged, in the case of emitting the flash light from the light emitting tube 15, an IGBT element 17 is pulse-driven by a control circuit 19 with the continuity of pulses having the pulse width in accordance with both of the operation state of a color hue changing control element 21 and the voltage of the main capacitor 13-1 detected by a voltage detection circuit 18.
