PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize uniform brightness of a whole space by eliminating glare in a direct visible part and making a wall and a ceiling bright. SOLUTION: In sealed luminaire directly attached to the ceiling with a cover 2 for covering a lamp 1 attached the luminaire to lowered main body 3, transmission rate of light into a lower face of the cover 2 is than that of the other part. The cover 2 having higher transmission rate than that of the lower face is used in a part through which light of the lamp 1 penetrates to a side, and a panel 7 is provided there, having reflection effect for irradiating downward light coming from the lamp 1 to a side. Consequently, it is possible to illuminate the whole space uniformly without feeling glare and to provide the luminaire having a sealed structure preventing the entry of insect and dust. Since the transmission rate of light into the lower face of the cover 2 is lowered than that of an upper face, it is possible to make the ceiling bright and eliminate glare in a direct visible part. The light reflected on the panel 7 can fly in the horizontal direction from the cover 2 having high transmission rate. |
