PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer data analyzing method which uses a database of purchase data, etc., to efficiently make a marketing approach since it is important for a store to keep and increase important customers which are large in purchase amount. SOLUTION: A purchase history database of customers is structured and given not only an item of a purchase amount, but also items of a mean yearly purchase frequency, continuous purchase years, a mean purchase discount rate, the number of purchase counters, the mean number of days up to a next purchase, etc., and the degree of its contribution is evaluated. |
