PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximally make use of a storage amount of a storage element at running of a vehicle, in order to reduce an operation region for driving (running) a vehicle only by an engine, for improving fuel economy and reduction of exhaust gas emission, and to prevent a shock in connecting a clutch in a changeover of a power source. SOLUTION: This hybrid system for vehicle comprises: a means for controlling an engine 1 with a rotation speed of an input shaft of a transmission 4 as a target engine speed when a switchover request to a connecting state of a clutch 3 is generated; a means for inhibiting connection of the clutch 3 till an engine speed difference between the target engine speed and the engine speed becomes equal to or less than a predefined value; and a means for controlling a dynamo-electric machine 4 and the engine 1 so as to obtain an assigned output from the engine and an assigned output from the dynamo-electric machine in accordance with the storage amount of the storage element 7. |
