PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic musical instrument which can change parameters without changing the parameters promptly and without musically giving a sense of incompatibility and a registration method for the electronic music instrument. SOLUTION: In making a registration call, all the parameters are immediately called out of a registration area RE to a current area CE regardless of whether accompaniment is under progression or not at a mode value '0'; all the parameters are called out of the registration area RE to the current area CE at the point of the time accompaniment timing reaches the top of the next bar at the mode value '1'; the timbre-system parameters are immediately called out of the registration area RE to the current area CE regardless of whether the accompaniment is under progression or not at the mode value '2' and on the other hand, only the rhythm system parameters are called out of the registration area RE to the current area CE at the point of the time the accompaniment timing reaches the top of the next bar if under the progression of the accompaniment. |
