摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product planning system provided with a function capable of calculating a quality characteristic importance degree in terms of the component unit of a product as a proper value from the view of reliability especially together with the request quality of a customer. SOLUTION: The importance degree calculation part 10A of this system calculates the quality characteristic importance degree for each component corresponding to the request quality of the customer by using a QFD method. The correction part 10B of the system calculates RPN for each component and calculates RPN weight further by using an FMEA method. The correction part 10B calculates the correction value of the quality characteristic importance degree especially including the element of the reliability by combining the calculated RPN weight and the quality characteristic importance degree (component characteristic weight) calculated by the importance degree calculation part 10A.</p>
